Adding Agents

Corporate Compliance and Corporate Admin will be retired on 15 April 2024.
You won't be able to use either software after 15 April 2024. Learn what this means for you

The Add Agent screen is used to enter details of new ASIC agents in your practice.

How to add an agent
  1. Select and open the agent. See Agents. The agent’s page opens at the Details tab.

  2. Click Add agent on the Task Bar. The Add new agent screen opens.

  3. Enter the following agent data:

    1. Agent details, including name, surname, practice details.

    2. EDGE login details,* including ASIC agent number,* DIS User ID, Password and Address, AUSTPAC NUI details.*

    * This information is provided by ASIC when an agent registers to access EDGE.

  4. Click OK to add the agent to the Agents selection list.
